How to Engage

There are a number of ways that you can be part of this next Great Adventure!

* Subscriber – This is most basic way to engage.  As a subscriber, you can view postings; and you can add Comments to postings. To become a Subscriber, scroll down the right hand column and locate, under the Calendar, the invitation to become a Subscriber.  Complete the very simple and basic information requirements for you to create a WordPress account for yourself… and you’re ready to go!

* Contributor – Once you’re a Subscriber, you can become a Contributor.  A contributor can edit their posts but cannot publish them. When a contributor creates a post, it will need to be submitted to an administrator for review. Once a contributor’s post is approved by an administrator and published, however, it may no longer be edited by the contributor.  If you wish to become a Contributor, begin by posting your comments to an existing blog entry.

* Author – An author can edit, publish and delete their posts, as well as upload files/images.  Authors are regular contributors to the Women Awakening blog; and are seeking, through their contributions, to discover more about themselves.  You can either request to become an Author; or, if your posting as a Contributor on regular and frequent basis, you will be invited to become an Author.  If you would like to become a regular contributing Author, you must first be a Subscriber.  Once you’re clear on your desire to proceed, send me an email at with ‘Women Awakening – Author’ in the subject line and let me know of your interest.

As we step into this different way of engaging,  please be patient as we all become accustomed to a new environment.  My intention in changing to this venue is to ensure that we have a more welcoming Space as we continue to expand and move into the future.

I had lots moving in me this morning. My body was itchy all over. The itch travelled from the back of my head, across my neck and chest, down across my stomach and down to my legs and feet – over and over. I could hardly stand it and struggled to relax into it. I asked, myself out loud – how much fire energy can one women hold – and took a long deep breathe. In an instant the dam broke and the tears came, the waves hit one after the other as unrecognizable sounds streamed from my mouth. The waves (that are all me), rolling into the ancient shore (that is also all me). Each fierce yet gentle wave forever changing the landscape as it hits shore.

As my body stabilizes I know I am the wave and I know I am the shore and I know more of me is here in my body. I am the fierce and gentle godforce flowing through my body. I am the fire of transformation. I trust I held on to that fire until I was ready to “let go” and allow my body to process the power of the fire. I look forward to what I’m becoming and at the same time I love who I am in this moment.

What a way to live! Fully alive and engaged!

What a wonderful way to kick off the weekend. LOL

    Joy, Joy
